Our mission is to give our customers the very best experience possible. That is why we offer free delivery to anywhere in the UK on all of our items! That means you can have complete peace of mind that you will not face any hidden charges.

Small Item Delivery

We typically send our smaller items via well-known and respected couriers, including Hermes, Parcel Force and DPD. In the majority of cases, they provide a tracking service with an ETA, and our team will always send this information to you. In order to do this, please leave your contact information so we can pass this on to the couriers.

Larger Item Delivery

For all larger items, we use verified third-party logistics providers who specialise in bulky or fragile deliveries. When in stock, we can typically deliver within 4-10 working days; however, delays can occur, and we will always communicate these with you. Should you require a specific delivery date, please get in touch and speak with our team before placing the order.

For heavy items, due to insurance requirements, delivery is to the ground floor of the property only. We ask our customers to thoroughly check the product before the delivery driver departs as this ensures in the rare event of damage, you will be able to easily return the item. Should you not be able to check it on delivery, then we allow up to 36 hours after to report any damages.

To ensure the smoothest process possible, our delivery team will contact you to arrange the most convenient date and time slot, which will be confirmed via email or text. Deliveries are typically during the working week, but we can arrange weekend delivery in special circumstances. In either situation, you should ensure someone is at home to receive the delivery or provide us with a neighbour to try instead. We know that your plans can change quickly, so make sure to let us know as soon as possible to avoid failed or redelivery charges. Any orders that are cancelled after the item has been sent to the courier will result in a redelivery charge.

Some of our furniture will require assembly after delivery, and we recommend that this is always undertaken by a professional and qualified tradesperson.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all items are able to fit through any stairwells, staircases or doorways. If you are unsure, then please talk to our experienced team first, who will be able to advise you. Should our team need to use specialist equipment or use more than a standard two-person crew, then additional charges will need to be applied.

As some of our products can be particularly heavy or large in size, we ask the customer to ensure that any pets or minors are kept out of the way to ensure they remain safe.
